iMooie Beauty Co. Limited warrants this product against any defects due to faulty materials for a period of two years from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or misuse. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. Warranty Coverage
- Device Coverage: The warranty covers the body device for 24 months from the date of purchase. The company ensures a replacement for any manufacturing defects and not for misuse, breakage, or damage caused by external factors.
- Lamps Coverage: If lamps are disrupted due to industrial reasons and not due to misuse or breakage, with more than 30% of residual strikes, we will maintain them free of charge.
- Replacement Conditions: The company will replace the device if defects are due to industrial reasons, not due to misuse or breakage. Faults caused by misuse, breakage, falling, burning, or exposure to water or fluids are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
To apply for maintenance during the warranty period, you must provide:
- Sales receipt
- Warranty card
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from fire, earthquake, third-party actions, or misuse caused by users.
- Loss of business benefits, interruption of business, or costs resulting from the usage of the system.
- Problems resulting from the use of accessories or substitutes not sold by the company.
- Faults or damage from improper storage, liquid infiltration, unauthorized servicing, use with unauthorized accessories, incorrect current and voltage connections, or any other conditions beyond our control.
