A Quality Management System (QMS) is a collection of business processes focused on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction. It aligns with an organization’s purpose and strategic direction, encompassing organizational goals, policies, processes, documented information, and resources needed for implementation and maintenance.
Our Mission
We aim to exceed our learners’ expectations by continuously improving and updating the skills and resources needed for demand-driven education, training, and development.
Goals and Vision
- Empower Learners: Help our learners achieve their full potential through quality education, training, and recognition of prior learning.
- Build Partnerships: Collaborate with learners and clients to enhance respect and loyalty.
- Supplier Partnerships: Maintain beneficial supplier relationships to meet training product and service needs.
- Staff Excellence: Foster a participatory work ethic, relying on the excellence of our staff and promoting a culture of training and excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a passion for continuous improvement in processes and training-related services.
Management Responsibility
Senior Management demonstrates its commitment to the QMS development and improvement through actions and words. We ensure our mission, quality policy, values, beliefs, and organizational culture are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels through documented training, regular communication, verbal reinforcement, and rewards.
Quality Policy
Our Quality Policy defines excellence as conducting all activities systematically, in accordance with defined and documented policies and procedures, meeting legislative requirements, and ensuring that the needs of learners, staff, and stakeholders are met. Quality is everyone’s responsibility, and we promote a quality culture by sharing information, including personnel in decision-making, and delegating specific quality management functions to skilled and competent individuals.
When deficiencies are found, corrective and preventative actions are taken to ensure continuous improvement of policies and procedures. The quality system has the full commitment of management.
Quality Management System Planning
Our QMS identifies and plans for the resources needed to meet our quality objectives, including identifying and planning QMS processes, resources for successful implementation, and objectives for continuous improvement. Any changes to the system are conducted in a controlled manner to maintain the integrity of the QMS.
